These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PocketLevel app ("the App"), operated by Kelotech ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Access to the App requires an active PocketLevel Plus subscription:
Weekly: $2.99 per week, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Yearly: $24.99 per year.
Prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
The App uses your device's sensors and camera to provide level, angle, and distance readings. All readings are estimates. Accuracy depends on your device, calibration, phone case, and usage conditions. The App is intended for everyday DIY use and must not be relied upon for professional, structural, safety-critical, or regulatory measurements. We accept no liability for decisions made based on readings from the App.
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App, or use it in any unlawful manner.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
