1 . General
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Aatu mobile application (“the App”), operated by KeloTech (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2 . Eligibility
The App is intended for users 18 years of age or older. The App is for entertainment purposes only and can be used without alcohol.
3 . Subscriptions & Purchases
The App may offer optional paid features or subscriptions (“Subscriptions”).
Available subscription plans and pricing are displayed within the App and may change from time to time.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at the time of purchase.
4 . Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected subscription.
5 . Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription, except as required by law.
6 . Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
7 . Pricing Changes
Prices and subscription plans may change without prior notice. Promotional pricing may be offered for a limited time and is not retroactive.
8 . Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” for entertainment purposes only. We are not responsible for user behavior or decisions made while using the App.
9 . Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
